BILLING AND MEMBERSHIP

Upon the cancellation of membership, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address that was used to set up the account. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please follow up with a support representative to prevent further billing.
Yes, a refund is eligible to those who have experienced technical difficulties, been the victim of fraudulent activity, or been billed accidentally. Additionally, if you did not receive the experience you expected from our website, you may be eligible for a refund.
